anyway to unban a perm banned account?

Title says all .

I was hacked last year through a keylogger at an internet cafe and I couldn't recover my account until last year and it was permanently banned with multiple offences conducted on it when i logged onto the account management section

The hacker conducted several macroing offences and yeah it was perma banned T-T and jagex is not trusting nor believing my side of the story.
is there anyway to unban this account through emailing jagex or something?
I appealed once so far but it has been rejected and yeah im really shocked atm.

 

nope there's nothing you can do.

you can try to email [email protected] about it and act like it's your daughter's account, but it won't do you any good.

 

Bad thing is the dude got the account perma banned 3 times in 2006,2006 again and 2009.. which is a shock. And the page says this account is permanently banned due to multiple offences T-T dam

I didnt really care and forgot about the account since it was a low level until i realised it had a heep of gold on it

 

What is it banned for? i.e. Macroing

 

You didn't get hacked, you broke the rules and you are clearly denying it.

 

Some people sell guides for things like this, you should try to find one on here.

 

Your best bet would be waiting +/- 2 years and then appealing it. THat's the only way you stand a chance. Good luck!

 

It really depends on what you were banned for. If it was something like bug abuse or macroing forget about it.

 

If it wasn't you.. you'd be unbanned.
They do ip checks.
As well as ip's in your general area.
Ip's were common.

 

well the account has many issues :9 and now its probably impossible to get it unbanned. It has been banned 3 times during the period it was hacked and yeah im just going to give up its impossible to see jagex unbanning it.

I never botted nor macroed myself on the account while I had control of it. but the person who hacked it got it banned 3 times for all macroing offences.

There's a way, but it involves a lot of random waiting.. Once in a while jagex opens up threads in runescape forums where you can post the names of your banned accounts and they will get "reviewed". No matter if you broke the rules or not, there's a chance you'll get randomly unbanned.

But yeah shit like this happens like once a year so don't actually count on that.
My main got unbanned thanks to this though, was banned for RWT (I was guilty)

My 99 Str Zerker was banned 2 years ago. Any chance of recovery? It was for macroing major as I was trying to get the 94 mage for vengeance :/

 

All i can think of is to obtain your IP address, and inform them that the offenses occurred on another connection. Say you will be willing to have your account rolled back from whatever was macro'd. That seems to be their new way to deal with botters anyway.

 

I agree with the first guy, try to act like it was your sons account and that you will be watching him closely from now on to make sure nothing like that happens again and how truly sorry he is for what he did.

3 major black marks like that is like the 3 strikes your out in real life. and plus you can bet that cash isn't even on the account still. If it was any amount large and they had control that long. I would just give it up and start with something new. free trade and wild are going to open up some awesome opportunities.
