Scammer's profile link: Shop4mmo

Explanation of the trade: Went to their website to order some OSRS gold for my paypal funds, so i asked in discord if they were stocked for a 159$ trade, they replied yes.

Amount scammed: 159$

How they scammed: Not doing delivery(they do have my ID+ selfie, so it would be instant -- ), claiming funds is on hold etc etc.

The paypal photos are just stating that they need reply from the seller;

@Champ I already sent proof to @Pendulum of us not having the option to refund it. User has attempted to make multiple orders after we have told him to stop. He's used multiple different cards from different countries. The refund is out of our control and I've escalated the issue to PayPal to look into the fraud he's committing. Still waiting on their reply. I'd be more than happy to refund once PayPal reviews it and the option is there for us to refund it.

Not sure how many times we mentioned we cannot refund in our chat logs. We made it clear that we want PayPal to review before he walks away to try to fraud us or another company.
