If Jagex were to poll GE on oldschool, how would you guys react?

i would vote a quick NO.
but there's a few points i don't like at the moment. Merch bots, yes merchbots are quite ruining the game in my opinion. Botting is fine, it helps the demand but they're a plague at the moment.

 

Yes , buying stuff is just to much of a pain.

 

Currently, i wouldn't want it atm.

 

ofc. played rs from age 8-16, and ge was one of, if not the best updates.

also, i enjoyed flipping for phree cash

 

I don't care about the ge, I more enjoy flipping/merching than getting scammed in the tradescreen by lazy fuckers.

 

I wouldn't vote yes. To me it will make the game easier. Merching/flipping, finding your own items is the way to go. Its what makes 07 unique.

No more retarded merch bots, taking 1 hour to gather supplies for a quest, and having to go to a third party website to buy items.

yes, fucking hate spamming on pk worlds trying to buy supplys, its such a effort and time waster to add 100 people on zybez just to find an item

 

I'd say yes, it's basically using Zybez but 100x faster.

yeah we're what 11months into the game, the nostalgia feels gone, and getting some items is too much effort not, and overpayed to get it... so with g.e i now it'd help so much

hmmm well thats true. A lot of people would disagree cause the ge is not "oldschool" though.

 

I'm torn personally, I don't mind w1 trading for most things, but when I have to do a quest and it's got really stupid item requirements.. the GE becomes extremely useful.

 

Hypocrites... It's one of the worst things that they could add ingame.
