    You can get it back by talking to the guy you bought it off.
    You just click the lionheart tab.

    Mine went the other day while I was botting, I think I may have died, though. Just go and enable it again at the place in Burthorpe :)

    you keep the title even if you run out of membership. As for the op losing the title, I'm not sure how that could have happened.
