    Phone provider "stole" my money, advice?

    Note: THIS IS NOT A HATE ON MY PHONE SERVICE THREAD, THEY'VE BEEN GOOD TO ME UNTIL NOW.

    So my provider is MetroPCS: I paid my phone bill of ($52:00) 4 days late as I was sick and just simply forgot to pay it. Everything seemed as normal as I was taken to the confirmation page as usual and the payment was completed.

    However, I never received a confirmation text message which I thought was odd.. so I tried to make a call: "Account suspended for non-payment, if you made a payment recently, wait 2 hours for it to process." I waited 2 hours, same message. I tried again this morning, same message. So I finally checked my email to find out I have a -$52.00 balance on my Metro account, yes NEGATIVE $52.00.

    The email literally states: "Thank you for your $52.00 payment. Your balance for account xxxxxx is now $-52.00."

    Does this seem right for only being 4 days late? I really don't feel like going up to the store to give someone a piece of my mind today however I will if I have to do so. They just don't speak English very well and it will most likely end in an argument. What would you do?

    It's still early so the store isn't open yet, I'm just trying to figure something out as I really don't want to pay ANOTHER $52.00 for a bill that should already be dealt with.

    where you from? I never hear of account getting suspended because of a person not paying for 4 days. sometime I forget to pay my bill for a week and it never get canceled. you should go and talk to them and if argument broke up call the police to the store because they can't take the $52 and then make you pay another $52. the most that can happen is that you pay like $5 more for late
