Are 10 year accounts sought after?

I have an account I haven't played in years, was my first ever main back in 2005 and I was wondering if they sell for anything on old school? Or are they not worth anything.

 

I think people do buy these accounts, But the reasoning would be for the username login rather then email login. Also Accounts created say 2016 usually get permed banned after one bot busting ban, Older accounts Would get two chances, Atleast this is my opinion.

 

I agree with octane.
Not really desirable for the, "10 year status," but for other reasons. Doesn't add much value.

 

With the new system I've found that even my 5+ year old botting accounts get banned permanently. Rewind 5-7 years back though, and I got 2nd chances all the time.

 

I don't think that effects since we are in the era where you get perm banned with no warnings .-.

 

If they added some sort of reward in game like RS3 (Vet capes) then I'm sure they'd sell a lot better. The name login is a plus though. Have account almost 15 years old and hoping they add something for it in 07.

 

I'd only buy them off trusted members for muling purposes

 

I havea few accs that were 5+ yrs and got two chances... guess it was just lucky.

 

i use to make so many f2p pures,skillers, saved all the names in my ignore lists.... bad idea, now ive got 100+ accounts cant remember the name to.
all around 10 year vets

 

I'm sure you can find someone interested in it, but I wouldn't expect them to pay you much for it.

 

As it says in my signature, I can't log into my other sythe account. have thousands worth of trades so I'm pretty trusted.

I think they are more desirable if they are the eoc version because they supplement your 10 years with a cape.

 

It depends on the name / stats, you can price check it in the correct section maybe?

 

You'd find a buyer, but it would be hard to find one.

First time i botting on my username acc lvl 41.. The day after perm banned..

 

I don't think people go out looking for them but they're sort of a desirable extra - it's nice to have but you likely wouldn't pay extra for it.
