Majority of Ninja/safety were patched. Box was patched, long ago. Crawl hasn't been leaked yet, and I'm not sure of "Ghost". I hope this helped in some way, maybe prevented a fake from selling you a non-existant glitch.

first you need start quest 'A giant dwarf". then after some time your at a part where you are crawling, you need to wear a ring of life and be poisoned, it telports you out and you are crawling!

Ghost Glitch =D

Get a ghost sheet and wait for a 1mill drop party. Teleport to the Falador Party Room =D
