    I see no reason it can't be discussed.

    I'm not sure all 5 main ISPs of the United Kingdom will censor the Piratebay, Virgin especially as they have the highest speeds here and people use them for downloading and such. One or two may block it at the most, but I don't think they can block the entire United Kingdom from accessing it. And even if they did, there would be ways around it.
