Anyone here living close to London and loves app programming?

BusinessOwl here, currently I live in London, I moved from Germany.

What I need an app programming guy for?

-Business idea, as always but this time I would like to have a programmer who lives nearby. I can learn some of the things myself we could do everything together, at the end I would get the clients and everything.
