Anyone know anything about Antique Watches?

Anyone around here know anything about Antique Watches?

I bought one a couple of weeks ago and still don't know anything about it.

Here's some pictures:












Inside the watch it says Avance Retard and if you open the lid it says DOUBLE D'OR FINE SILVER.


Any clues?

i know that antique watches tell the time if theyre not broken

 

Post a clear picture of proof marks, but most likely, from the movements, it looks to be probably late 1800s to early 1900s. Avance/Retard means Faster or Slower and french and it changes the rate of the watch.
