Anyone help unlock an account?

I bought this account awhile back. Right after Rs2 came out I bought him for runescape classic. He was an amazing staker with 2 red party hats, a santa and 30mill cash. But thats only classic. I log on Runescape2 for the first time on this guy about after a month rs2 was out. And what do I see? 99 fishing!

Anways, It was locked because my one friend logged on it about 4 times in a day before staking and I logged on about the same amount of times. It got locked because they suspected someone knew the password. NOW, I can't recover it. I know my last recoverys I used with it and about 2 passwords. I can not find any agreement numbers I looked in my email tons of times. I even asked if they could recover deleted emails. Unfortunatley, they couldn't. I also sent in password querys and I even sent an email to jagex customer support about 6 times. If you have any ideas on how to recover, I am willing to pay rs2 or rsc! Your pick.
