looking too sell my rs account and i wanted too make sure if anyone did buy it,i could change it too there email as soon as possible,but i log in too find this:​

anyway too get rid of the email on the account?

 

Email Jagex from your new preferred email address and send them as much info as you can about the account to prove you're the original owner. Then they should respond and change it for you.

You could just try and follow the options they give you after selecting no this wasn't me or if it was you. It seems your email has been locked temporarily for some reason. May be from not using it much or other such things.

I had the same problem when i started playing runescape again, i wasn't sure of the email on my account, so i emailed [email protected] and within half an hour i was talking with a mod, gave him all my account info and he got the email changed for me
