Quick way to get a primal maul?

Yo, i know they're dropped by ramms however i never seem to get any in normal dungeons.

Is there a specific setting/floor/requirement which would increase the chances of attaining one?

I'd suggest getting a 2h instead. If you are set on a maul though, just do floor 18 + and just rush it to get to the boss, if not him just leave the dungeon I'd say to skip the time wasted killing boss. It's really just a luck thing, first getting the Ramm then getting the drop.

 

it's not that are i dunged for a while and i got one but i guess the 2h is better but i believe that the 2h has a higher requirement.

 

Im 80attack 99strength, so a primal maul is my best option.

 

Yeah I'd go for primal maul, as earlier poster said..

Do F18+ rushing to bosses until you get him, then kill him and hope for the maul.

 

Gorg 2h sword >>> primal maul.

Having a slash attack option is a must.

I can smith you one if you need one.

 

Can I get the maul as a drop on solo floors?

Large 5:5's seem to be the best way to get consistent Primal drops. Just go with a team of people better than you who already have awesome gear, and they will give you the maul drop no problem

 

Floor 18, large, 5:5 complex 6

 

Maul is garbage. You're better off with a gorg 2h. Also, best way to get primal gear is to rush C6 floors with a full team.
