Anyone have an idea about copyrights?

I have an idea for a product that I can not seem to find anywhere and just wondering have any of you death with copyrighting a product? The steps to do it?

 

"Products" don't fall under copyrights I believe. What you are describing more likely would fall under patents or trademarks.

 

Give more information about the product if you expect any real advice.

 

I have my company logo trademarked, only to stop people releasing under our name but no products.
