T&T with Adobe Photoshop - Random Tips

i really, and i mean really need help with photoshop cs3, could you help me? if so my msn is in my sig.

 

Can you tell me how you got the 1st viper to glow like that.

That color and everything.

 

very useful i really liked the text bit was very creative.

 

I know about the outer glow.. i meen the inside.

How does it get that "glowing" blue color?

Is it just white with outer glow?
