Botwatch? Seriously..

Let's talk about jagex's alleged multi-billion dollar auto-ban system appropriately named 'Botwatch'. Obviously, with spyware these days and jagex ability to ban tons of people at once they must have some sort of plugin that monitors every single players behavior. Lets ignore the fact that sort of thing is questionable legal

For the sake of this experiment we could pretend that Botwatch tries to notice subtle difference in the client of every inbound connection..

Lets pretend that its practical to monitor a player that has been playing overnight and has increased its skills at a rapid rate... like 4hrs strait of hanging out at frost dragons or the mining guild

Nevermind prolly just bans for clicking on exact same pixel a hundred times. before you log in rs, your supposed to the rulebook :sick:

It's jagex's game. You play it, so they can monitor your activity however they like.

 

ok basically botwatch is not a multi billion dollar system. secondly it isn't remotely close to illegal because jagex is king of Britannia or something like that and fifthly they hire autistic kids.
