I was scammed

    I was scammed
    Long story before.
    His name is Au Revoir on this forum.
    i gave him 5M coz he needed cash, then he gave me 10M back.
    He asked for 18M and he said he was gonna give 40M back.
    He never gave it back and he's hacked my msn. I can still get in the website from their coz i saved it as a bookmark which gets me in automatically.
    What should i do?

    no dude u see, i cant report him coz we didn't do a deal and i dont have proof he scammed me

    I know, i shut down my laptop and internet so i never did those.
    I'm not asking for a ban anywaiz because i gave him money straight so i cant really ban him :S
    Does anyone have any ways to make money coz that was all my cash
    i have 127k now
