    The size was likened to 10 to 20 Kilotons, their 2006 test was less than 1 kiloton

    1 kiloton = 1,000 Tons of TNT

    First off : Lol North Korea.

    And I doubt anything serious will ever happen. If they did nuke a country every super power in the world would be all over them. There is simply no benefit for them in it.
