Quick question about buying LoL accounts

So, when people buy player moderator RS accounts or other high valued accounts for the smoothest trades possible they request that the seller contact Jagex and state that they are moving to a new location so that if the original owner attempts to recover the account it wouldn't work because Jagex has, on file, that they currently live where the account has been being played.

Can this be done with League of Legends? Is it effective either way?

Not sure if it would work to be honest, i mean, you could try it but in general account sales aren't always that safe.

Quick question about buying LoL accounts

Yeah that's why I'm asking. Even with a trusted seller..like, as someone that sells RS accounts myself i'm well aware that accounts can be recovered even years down the line on nothing but submitting the appeal from the IP/computer used to make the account. But for LoL..after selling my main account I just really can't be bothered to level up to 30 again and purchasing an account may be cheaper than the RP i'd spend on XP boosts and what not. I'm not sure. I might end up just paying for powerleveling up to level 30 lol.

Any other input on how to make LoL account sales more "final" is much appreciated!

Honestly, I'd avoid saying anything to riot. Imagine you're in the company and you see that message come in, wouldn't you be a bit more suspicious, because not many people that move consider that they might be flagged for account sale.

Overall I would just try and make it as underground as possible, meaning don't log in on each other, have a few days in between account usage so that you don't conflict. For example if you're trying to make it non-suspicious don't you think it would hurt if you somehow moved across 1,000 miles in 30 seconds?

Yeah I feel that. However, I don't think the suspicion would be "being flagged for account sales". Just rather that you did move and you want them to be aware of that. Of course, if you had just some level 23 account that you infrequently played you wouldn't bother to e-mail them. But if it was an account you spent a lot of time/money on I could see the average person notifying the game company of a move...

Even if that's true, I personally wouldn't even think about it if I moved, and I wouldn't want any extra attention on the account. I'd just have no one on it for a week or so, then go from the new address, maybe not 100% safe, but to me that'd be the safest route.

Quick question about buying LoL accounts

I mean, LoL doesn't require ID or anything to sign up..I dunno. I'm just not sure how to really make it irreversible. Trying to think of a legitimate situation, if someone did move and sent in documentation of that, if someone that moves into their old place somehow found out they used to play League of Legends I certainly wouldn't want my account to be recovered.

I know, I know, what are the chances of that happening but eh, you never know.

Quick question about buying LoL accounts

I bought a NA account and it got banned in about 5 days. Just be careful if you are buying in another region.
