Wrongfully Banned

So a couple of days ago I tried looking up my stats on an old account that I don't even use on 07. I noticed that nothing popped up, So I thought the name expired or something since I haven't logged into it in a really long time. Then when I go to try and login it says I have been permanently banned. So I went to check the reason why and it said Macro (Major) and that it happened 5 months ago.

I thought this was funny because I have all my accounts added and I play on another account and have not once seen any of my alts login. So I went to appeal it and of course I can't give an explanation on behalf of why I was wrongfully banned, I was only able to fill out the template with the reasoning " I believe this is a mistake" So to myself I thought I doubt this will get appealed, knowing how jagex usually is.

But today I checked to see if they responded and they did it. They unbanned my account. And in the email it said this

" After a comprehensive review of this account, we identified a period of unusual activity around the time of the offence. As a result, we've removed any offences which occurred during this time as we believe they were not committed by the creator of this account. "

So I went to login my account expecting the bank to be wiped, or in a random area of runescape, or my stats being different because of the quote on quote botting. Literally, nothing changed. I logged into the same spot that I remember logging out, same items in bank, no stats changed. (Keep in mind all my stats were lvl 1 except 5-6 skills) was building a range tank a long time ago until i got bored of it.

So I just find it funny how no one ever logged into my account to begin with and even when they know they made a mistake they still try to hide the fact that they were wrong and their system is flawed.

Does jagex ever roll back accounts that were botted without the owner's intent? When people hack them and bot them, maybe they roll everything back to the state you left it? Somehow I doubt they do this, but maybe it would explain this situation? No idea...

 

They use to on RS3 but on 07 no unfortunately they don't. I know a couple of 1 defence pures that got ruined due to hack/botting issues and they didn't get a roll back so idk.
