Needing Advice - Is my account Ruined?

I'm having issues and seeking advice regarding my account. I'm currently making a F2P Range 2her. Is this account ruined for what I'm going for? Am I doing it wrong so far?

Quests Completed:
- Vampire Slayer
- Death Plateau
- Waterfall Quest
- Fight Arena


Updated Stats:
40 Combat
40 Attack
30 Strength
60 Range
62 Magic
40 Hitpoints

Have I done everthing right so far? Originally I was going for a F2P Pure. However I'm considering going a P2P Pure. Do I have a good start for one?

 

How could your account possibly ruined? 40 attack is whats needed for rune, range and mage you're going to get up anyway..strength, well im assuming you're going to get that up as well.

 

Well everything is quested almost now/cannoned is way too low. what stats should i aim for before pking?

 

Well you should get a higher Hitpoints level for pking. Just dont get anymore attack xp and stay 1 pray and you're fine.

Before PKing I'd get:
-60 Range
-40 Attack (stay)
-55 Strength

To be a good F2P-Range2H pure always have around 3-5 range levels higher than your strength.

 

Get 65 Str, and 70 range, this should balance out your hp level to average F2P Pker.

 

Also, you should look at the str/range levels required for max hits with rune 2h and addy arrows and build your account around those. Also keep in mind that atk+str should be 1.5*range in order to keep your account balanced.

Rune 2H Max hits (no prayer):
Level 70: 20
Level 72: 21
Level 75: 22
Level 80: 23
Level 85: 24
Level 90: 25
Level 91: 26
Level 95: 27
Level 99: 28

Range Max hits (Addy arrows, no prayer):
Level 63: 11
Level 70: 12
Level 77: 13
Level 83: 14
Level 90: 15
Level 99: 16

No, it's not ruined.
However, I would start to level str/range without quests/cannon.
My theory is that when PKing, (around combat 50) you both sit at 18-35 HP basically at all times, so it shouldn't matter if you have for example 50 HP or 65 HP, and if you have lower HP, you'll have Str/Range levels on them.

I've decided to wait on pking for a good while. about to make an goal/achievment thread.

 

Not even close to being ruined but if you want to pk soon you won't be able to without getting owned. I would have just done Vampire Slayer which would have got you 20 attack and then at 50 range 56~ str you'd be under 40 combat with the choice of being melee/range based when you train more (and it makes it so you have the highest stats for your cb).

 

Account looks good idk why you would want an F2P pker tho

 

F2p R2h is fun.

 

You've done waterfall quest and fight arena which are one of the biggest attack xp quests for pures. I don't see why your account is ruined since you're only 40 attack.
