I'm have a problem when try to order Runescape Membership Card using Verified PayPal.

While we made every effort possible to approve your transaction we were unable to verify the details of this transaction and your order #500344469 has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Also sent to support to ask what is the solution and got this reply.

Due to security reasons your order has not passed verification, and as a
result has been cancelled. Please be aware that upon cancellation your
pre authorized payment has been voided. Most financial institutions can
take up to 3-5 business days to process this transaction, for further
support i would advise contacting your financial institution.

And we do not provide information on our verification process as it will
provide information on how to circumvent the system we have in place. I
would advise if you wish to replace an order to verify all information
is valid, and that no information is being hidden or blocked.
