Anybody familiar with Zoom through PayPal? OPTIONS?

what’s going on,
Let’s get to the point,

I’ve got a $3,000 credit through PayPal which is able to be spent. I’m simply not able to send to anyone, so I found Xoom which is through PayPal. I don’t know anything about it and very unsure how it works. It gives me two options, transfer to bank or debit card TO THE recipient

has anybody used this? It’s very similar to a bank transfer or visa debit transfer. I would love to know more information about this and how it works.. if s gone is able to add me on discord and contact me, that would be just perfect!

If there are any other options or suggestions on how I can able to spend this money, please just let me know!
