So what is left now (botting)?

I was never a big botter. I shouldn't had stopped botting DG. So mad because I could had gotten 85 so long ago.. anyway.

It seems like the only bots standing are RiD (which never went down, yea that proves how awesome they are) and Simba. Rsbots.net seems to be working on an update. I will probably buy Rsbots.net since they have been around the longest.

So.. what bots are still around?

 

I didnt know RiD was still going, presumed it went down with all the others lol. I think rsbots will be back up soon, but will be interesting to see.

 

RSbots won't be back up, it's just a stall - the same as RSbuddys, to keep their forum populated.

 

As jacmob said, Rsbots.net and all other clients that relied on the reflection/injection will never be back and if they will it will be a small update to set them back for months again.

As for RID and SIMBA, Jagex saved the easiest for last, these will be gone soon.

Botting is finished, jagex has slayed them. RID will most likely soon be killed off too it's just a matter of time.

 

You can't kill RiD. It plays the game exactly like a human does, and detects objects in game the same way human eyes do, even if Jagex made the game only high detail (which they won't), RiD could still function fine. The only way to break RiD is to break it for humans, which Jagex can't do without hindering legit playing user's playing experience. RiD replicates human behavior, so no matter how much they attempt to advance their detection systems, they can't catch RiD.

 

Yeah... I hope they won't kill RiD... I mean I still have to get loads of 99s

 

Simba/Scar is the longest botting community in rs, it started off in 2002 as auto rune, went to scar (still works wonders now) in 2005 and simba in 2010
