For Bitcoin-QT. If you use something else then there may be a similar solution.

But it shouldn't be too much of a problem, it's safe to ignore it.

 

I get those a lot too, I don't worry though... Once Bitcoin is worth $10,000 each they'll regret it

 

If bitcoin ever reaches 10k per coin, then a dust 0.00000001 btc transaction will only be 0.0001 of a penny. So no, I don't think they'll regret it.
