Any RWT Methods?

[R I P Jagex]

Are there any RWT methods these days, being sold, that don't require you to be on for 1 hour to transfer some piddly amount like 3-5m? Because from what I gather the only worthwhile transfer method (1-30m/h) requires you to be friends for one month and be clicking things for an hour straight. That's not my kind of guide . The best so far had to be rogue jeweller, rest his soul.

EDIT: Sorry I forgot to mention that if there is, then I'll buy it.
