    Good workout for losing stomach fat?

    You can't target your weight loss, you can only lose weight and some of it will come from your stomach area.

    If you're gaining muscle currently though you're eating too much to lose weight as doing both at the same time can be difficult unless you're a beginner and are willing to go the body re-composition route.

    I eat less than I burn I would say so I guess Il just keep going to the gym and eventually I will lose stomach fat.

    Try eating 500-600 less calories a day then you normally eat, you will notice a difference!

    There's no such thing as spot-reducing fat. Your only option is to lower your body fat percentage by finding your required caloric intake for maintenance (found here), and reduce by about 500 calories. You shouldn't be losing more than 2lbs per week safely.

    Eat healthier. Also take in less calories than you burn throughout the day. Do cardio workouts (running, crunches, situps, etc). Give it a few weeks and you'll notice a difference.

    Dead lifts or Squats !

    Only because they will usually burn the most calories.

    You can't really target fat loss unfortunately and the Stomach tends to be the last place your body burns fat :(

    The right answer is: you can't.

    Doing ab and obliques will get you rocking six pack abs etc etc. But until you crack down on your diet and exercise regularly with a good amount of cardio, that rocking stomach will never be seen.

    Hard truth. There's no secret to abs or any kind of fitness, it's either you do it or you don't.

    You can't target certain adipose stores. Hit the gym and do some HIIT cardiovascular training and count your calories. Good luck.

    Just eat less and run 4-5 times a week (7 km each time for an example).

    As Jack Goff said, you can't target fat loss on a specific area. I'd suggest going on a diet and focusing more on cardio.
