Turmoil "Pure"

I'm thinking of making an account and getting 95 prayer for ancient curses/turmoil. I know this can be achieved with a relatively low defence level, I'm just not sure how low. If someone could list the quests that give Defence xp, and how much, I'd really appreciate it. If there's already a guide that contains this info then please link me to it
I'm using iPhone atm so researching the quests myself would take forever.

 

The lowest I've seen is 30, although you can probably go bellow 30, people probably round it up to 30 to finish it off and allow them to wield new equipment.

 

If you're going to get the def xp you might as well just go zerker, it will add like 3 cb levels.

 

lowest level is 23 defence i think.

 

The lowest def you can have is 27.

Reasoning:
Defender of Varrock (req'd quest) - 10,000 Def xp reward.

XP Table:
Level 27 - 9,730 xp
Level 28 - 10,824 xp

Thanks, but I think your missing some Defence rewards lol. I've worked it out to be 28 Defence with Ancient Curses, then do Nature Spirit for an extra 2000 Defence xp, gettin me to 30 Defence with Rune Gloves

I can always get 40 defence if I don't like 30, just wanna try it.

Yeah might as well go zerker for the barrow gloves+str bonus?

 

The lowest is 28/29 but you may as well get 30 and get proselyt. Stay low attack regardless, and if you don't like it get 40/45 defence.
