Appeal Processing

So my Account got banned last September whilst it was hijacked. Its been
5 months+ since I was banned and I wrote an appeal as soon as I got my account back. Since then my appeal has been pending and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get my appeal processed sooner.

Things I've already done: Emailed Parent@jagex. (twice)
Posted on the BAR (Banned Account Reinstatement Thread) (three times)
Posted on the "I've been Hijacked" Thread. (once)
Started My own thread in Account help explaining my situation. (twice)

If anyone has any advice or ideas for what I can do please post. I also would really appreciate anyone who has had the same problem (waiting for ages for a reply) to share their story.

They get pissed when people post there account more than once on a single thread. I suggest not doing that. Your account it banned for good most likely. Just wait for it to be unbanned in a few years.

The rule for the BAR is only post once, but i definitley understand what you mean. The best thing to do is wait and try and forget about it!

Emailing probably wont help as normally they are automated responses, Jagex needs to have some sort of PANIC option as if you get hacked you can recover your acc quickly. Or even a better verification that the account is yours.

If nothing has happened yet, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high to be completely honest.

 

Are you members or free? Members are prioritised over free players when reviewing accounts, however I don't think even free player appeals take that long.

As for BAR don't get your hopes up, I haven't really heard of anyone actually getting their account back, the few that have are rumoured to have almost everything wiped and reset.

 

I've had an account appealing for about 6 months now, but it was an F2P account if that means anything.

 

Yes like said above just try and forget about it and work on a new account. However there is still a slim chance you could get it back so dont give up hope . Could take years.

 

not too much you can do except go to the HQ and bust some skulls xD

 

they used to be really fast, now they are just slow :/

 

took me over 30 hours to recover my accs pass alone... so i wouldent expect anything instant lol

The last account I had to recover took me 8 hours for them 2 send me the email that my account appeal had been accepted/denied. I would give it a day and if nothing still happens you probably are out of luck ;/
