PVM Bossing (Workers)

So I'm interested in getting into the GIM gear selling/fatming. I do a little bit of GIM item selling at the moment most of its farmed secondaries and ish that I do myself but I'm not much of a heavy PVMr. I'm trying to see how other GIM service owners are structuring payments to workers that farm PVM gear or boss farm. Any advice would be dope and appreciated.
