Account Locked! WTF

Hello, I'm a member of the US Airforce, recently i've been deployed to south korea and my runescape account became locked. I am providing literally every answer to unlock the account however it's still getting denied, any tips or help?

 

Recovers are IP based. Ask someone who lives in your house in US to perform account locked recovery from your home IP address

 

South Korea out of all places? I'd suggest waiting until you are home because it will continue to get denied no matter how much information you provide.

 

Or just use socks and use an IP near your home. and provide old membership details. Email [email protected] for real answers the appeal system is broken.

 

It's not broken. It's based on current location / IP location (of original owner) / the most recent logged in Ip /and where recovery is performed from. If difference between original owners / most recent logged in IPs is too big it gets auto-denied

 

Maybe you should try emailing [email protected] and explaining your situation, their usually understanding.

First of all, are you the original owner of the account? You didn't buy it?

 

The system is pretty broken. It's weighted too much on certain areas I feel that result in you getting denied for silly reasons (ex. appealing from SK with full information that only the original owner would know, saying you've moved)
