Will you get banned? Bonus Xp weekend Timer

Will Jagex ban you since it shows how long you been playing for this entire weekend?

 

i highly doubt it if your playing legit. i do think they will use it as a way to find botters though

Nope, I've had proggies of over 100 hours with no ban at all.

If you mouse over your exp counter, it shows your multiplier and time played.

 

24/7, 24/7.

 

Probably less likely to receive a ban 'cause Jagex would be expecting people to no-life.

 

I've talked to plenty of people that no lifed. I know a guy that literally did not sleep the entire extra xp period because he is going for 200M range xp.

 

Well, i had a 4 day Hunting proggy going till i messed it up yesterday. My hunter, who is now 382k from 99 hunter has 41 hours played :S

 

I'm sure there are a ton of botting accounts that played 24/7 all weekend. I doubt anything with 50 or less hours will be even looked at.

 

Is going to be interesting, as everyone else said you would expect people playing legit to go hard out.

 

Bonus XP weekends are fucking shit, i was at 1.1 multiplier in like 12 hours. Fuck off jagex, give us a real double XP rather than this shit

 

Well They can see how long you played any time, why would this be diferent?

 

Botted the whole weekend with 2 - 3 hr breaks in between days, not even gonna' sweat it. I say you're fine lmao.

 

Jagex can always track this kind of information, they were just being kind enough to let you see it for once

 

They can track E V E R Y T H I N G you've done on the account, such as trades etc. Honestly, there's nothing too special about giving us a timer. Trust me, if they honestly thought botting was such an issue, there would be more bans. They've gotten money hungry, and focus more on profits then game-play.
Tbh, You can pay to get unbanned, with lower stats sometimes, so you buy more time to level, or you can get membership taken away on bots, not even stat reduced, so you need members to sell items and continue running [Forgot where I heard this, it was on sythe though]

I did a rwt with a fukwit who turned out to be a scammer. Tried to report him for rwt. And the option is no longer there.

 

I've been expecting a ban wave sometime soon, but probably not double exp weekend because any fan wants to take advantage of extra exp.

Jagex were so against botting a few years ago I just find it funny to see them sit and do nothing while mini games and the economy are absolutely flooded, especially this weekend!
