Frightened reporting lap dogs.

I just wanna get enlightened by one little thing.
About 90% of all people on the runescape boards makes use of bots.
Now it came to my attention that "in game" and on "forums like these" many fellow botter have the habit of reporting others for bots when they suspect one to be.

Due to their actions ive never got any serious bans on any of my accounts. Theres still a large majority of non botters that report aswell, mostly they just report more frequently, but it came to my attention that almost every botter does so himself.

Now dont take my message personally, cause im sure there are also lots of botters that dont report other botters for macroing. But those that do know this for themselves.

And my message to them is to stop that infantile behaviour, it doesnt help you in anyway to report others.

Tommorow or within a week there are probably 2 or 3 more posts of people ranting that they got banned. In most of all scenarios those bans might be caused by the reports of other bots whom might be active at sites like these,

the person in question might even be active on sythe itself.

So my request to all of you is, to stop that baby like behaviour and work only on yourselves. Its egocentric and impolite to other botters to report them if you bot yourself.

so hereby my message to stop that loserlike behaviour now!!

I hope those that feel addressed will listen and stop doing so now.

honestly, i dont know, i just know there are alot of them and its a majority...
coud be 80 or 70 or 60percent. whom knows, just wanted to make a point,
wasnt expecting people to bash upon the numbers as if its a fact or not.

so what about returning to the subject instead of arguing about how accurate my numbers are.
they werent ment to be accurate in the first place, just to make a point and perhaps pointed out slightly worse then it is.

accurate or not, is it a problem. Personally i thought the content of the post are a problem, that is why i posted. Sad to see that the first replier thinks otherwise and rather talks about my accuracy then the real problems.

OT. I dont think people who bot should report other botters. Makes no sense to me. I have maybe reported people 5 or 6 times in my career spanning from 04-present. I have only started botting in this last year or so.

 

I occasionally say "reported" in soul wars so people don't think I'm a botter, never been banned, I'm guessing that's why

So you're saying botter's who don't follow rules anyway, are going to listen to you? You're basically telling us to have morals on the internet. I feel no sympathy for other botter's; although, i wouldn't report them due to me wanting to hide my own ass. I don't care either way, if you bot: you take the risk of getting banned. Even if it is at the hands of another botter, who is probably just trolling you for laughs, i might add.

Also i doubt that by calling other bots its saves you in anyway,
if that saves you its more likely that it does because u talked in the first place,
instead of calling other bots then leave a polite reply in any of your cc's instead of using your chat for calling others.

Cause if one does, others will call other people bots to. So in the end, you put yourself in danger. Maybe not directly, and i dont think u wouldnt be banned at a slighter rate by calling other bots then by just shutting your mouth to others.

that we all bot makes us a community, litteraly (example:sythe) and figuratively. But in-game when it comes to it we act differently.

or some people are fools, or teasing 12year olds that do indeed have no morale.

if that makes you feel more comfortable, and if u think it really helps, then you should. As long as you do not report as you said,
still, i think its about talking in the first place, you coud also enter a cc and say something.

 

reporting other botters when u bot is dumb, cuz basically ur telling jagex ban this guy for botting and look through my acc as well

The people that do report other botters just want Jagex to think that they aren't botters.

Your lack of grammatical-know aside, everything you said made little sense, and wasn't contradictory to anything i stated. I don't know what you were trying to prove, because you basically just repeated what i said.

I already said, if you bot; you take the risk of getting banned. By that you should have known i wasn't saying I'd "be safer." I just don't wish to put my self out there, at all. So why would I report people, if It doesn't benefit me?

I don't know why I'm even replying to you; i should have just pointed out your spelling errors and called you more names. Maybe you're right about me being "pitiful."

 

I find it much safer to not report as it draws attention to the area where I normally bot.
