Pass Unstable Foundations

Is any way how to pass Unstable Foundations ?

 

Used to be able to skip it, but that was a while ago, and only for like a week.

Now you can't.

Pretty dumb, but it only takes ~3 minutes. So you'll just have to deal with it

 

Justin is right. People used to sometimes see a 'skip' option for the tutorial, but Jagex seems to have removed it recently.

Makes accounts with all stats 1 pretty hard to get.

Isn't it impossible? I mean, you HAVE to chop the Roots off the wall or mine the Rocks... Right? Confused Much .

 

Accounts with all stats 1 basically means ones that are still on the old tutorial island. Since these accounts are yet to be considered "rare" ($.25 for one, probably), then I doubt this is really true.
