im saying it is almost impossible to do it with that range lvl cuz the time it takes to kill the 360s u are using killing the 360s u just wont be able to do it i mean there is people that have done it i dont think anyone has really done that bad of a range cape with low prayer since cave updates...

Every runescape account should have 70 range anyway I don't see how you can play the game without it.

 

You don't need 70 range to play the game buddy, and I can't get the guy who got it for my brother idk who he is and my brother says hes not here anymore.
