Giving away items for free do not count as vouches. Only items that you have sold can qualify as a vouch.

 

Are you sure? I think that any successful transaction counts. Could be wrong though, not often that I give stuff away :]]

 

I almost always see free giveaways and free stuff in general closed. i used to have examples for moderators saying that you can't vouch for something that is given for free. Otherwise, people could have 50 dota 2s. They could give them away for 50 vouches and then say that they are trusted when really they just gave away free stuff. You understand? If I am wrong, I apologize and consider this a free bump.

 

I'm not too sure on it either as I don't care either way but I think since I sent him something that he is allowed to vouch for me but I cant vouch for him as I received nothing in return(please correct me if wrong). But as I said not a big deal to me.
