Locked account

My account has been locked. I recently moved to USA and therefore i suspect that to be the reason, because of the drastic IP change.
Here comes the problem: I can't recover it with my E-mail, and i have no idea why. I just get the following message: Due to your account status, you must start your account recovery from inside the game. Please launch RuneScape and click the forgot password link on the login screen to continue. Then i follow the instructions, but i can only recover it the old way with recovery questions.
Can anyone help me?

 

Submit an actual account recovery, when they say "we have sent a email to ***********@*****.com, is this your email" click "No" then a recovery process will begin.

 

Yeah i am in the process of recovering it, and hope that i Will get it back even though i don't really recall a lot of the information.

If it denies, send one a day for as long as it takes. They are becoming a lot stricter on appeals.

 

If you enter enough info on the recovery then you will regain access to it

You should provide full ownership details for the recovery i'm pretty sure they would consider it.
