    Best place to bot powermine?
    Hello im currently looking to get 74-80 mining, I've been doing granite so far but obviously I can't leave it due to running out of waterskins, so wondering anywhere else decent xp?

    LRC at 77 mining until then iron/granite.

    Look into getting an enchanted water tiara; you enfuse water runes to it which in turn act as a water skin.

    Dealing with scabaras is the quest needed for it, though there're quite a few recommendations to start/finish the quest.
