New sythe layout

Hi, i've been away from sythe and RS for abit and now i've come back and sythe layout has changed!
The new posts tab has seemed to disappeared and i can't manage to find the subscribed threads page to bump up my threads, Sorry if im being dumb but would like some advice on how i can easily navigate like i could on the old layout,
Or is there any way to change the theme yourself?

It's a completely new forum software, so it's not possible to "Change the Theme", as it's not just the theme that is different, the entire software is different.

You can still access new posts by clicking the Search bar in the top corner, followed by the little arrow, then recent posts. See below:
