Paid him 30m osrs to do 110 Zulrah KC on Private Server Xeros. Checked his ref page and he did have refs. Logged onto my xeros account did 3 kills then blocked me. I would prefer him permanently banned over a refund for such a small amount of gold.

@ANTI HERO RS came online and chose to ignore this report. Banned 3 months for scamming + will keep a permanent DNT they will have to request a pardon for to remove.

I have also DNT'd and banned @Aussie Fella as that his other account.
