For any mod reference. I'm happy to talk about how this guy was scammed by my EX business partner Chad. If he has valid screenshots from our livechat than I'll be happy to talk to him. Since for some reason most of them are deleted in the Zopim....

However not having seen the report. I cannot pay anything out. I have a right to see the evidence against me if indeed a decision is made in his favor and I have a chance to respond to it.

This goes for him and everyone else. If u have Saha Gold debts you can pm me them and I will review your evidence and pay if needed. If you disagree with my decision you can make a scam report. I've said this many times now.

This report is not only private (not allowing me to review evidence) but is also a complete waste of staff time. If u have evidence u can just pm me. Instead u make a scam report lol. You are purposefully wasting staff time at this point. Please in future pm me if u have a problem with SahaGold.... As I won't pay anyway regardless if it's a private report or not if I don't see your evidence.

so looking at all evidence presented, the deal was indeed made by the company making john at fault for @Elite Dust 's actions.

@John Devola , being co-owner of the company, has to fulfill the payment of $267.50 in BTC(or 268m osrs) to @Searchy within 24 hours.

@John Devola will be DNT until payment is settled, thus returning back to twc.

failure to make payment will be result in ban for scamming.

 

Won't pay till I see evidence as I said myself. You may ban me for scamming now. If u think I'm paying after seeing no evidence and having no chance of responding u are mistaken

Apparently 3 mods agreed I owe money without even hearing my side of the story?!?!?

I've pmed video. Letting him know I'll deal with him. If he wants to hear my side of the story, he can make a decision. If he decides I owe money I will pay.

You only said this after posting your decision and telling me "3 mods agreed". Not dealing with you, or any of u mods that make a decision based on one story and probably one sided evidence.

You even said "you know what u did". And acused me of sending 2 payments to him like I had agreed to refund. Then said why didn't u send a third time???

This is after you made your decision. Maybe it would have been good to get my side of the story before asking me? The TWO other mods didn't think of this also?

Complete and utter joke and failure of the staff team in this instance. I'll take a ban over respecting your decision. A decision made without respect to both parties should not be respected.

@Searchy sorry, but as the other mods and I looked into it, we decided to go with my initial decision rather than the group one.
as evidence states, the discord tag provided actually belonged to one of chad's 90 discord profiles.

Upon the evidence you submitted against John, Chad also stated in what YOU provided to us that he will take full responsibility regardless. John actually tried to pay you twice, fixing an error the first time around to be a nice guy. The scam is 100% @Elite Dust and will be added to his ban reason. John doesn't have to pay anything as it wasn't directly a business deal.

Im going to go with my decision rather than the groups. past decision is nulled and this one is the right course of action.
