It's time to come back - Account Recovery [More info needed]

I have used Tanker382 as a username for this forum and registered a couple of years ago, i believe it was in 09' but now I can't remember the password, and because i had a Hotmail account back then I can't use it anymore because it's become inactive with the installation of Windows Id Live. Therefore i was wondering if it was possible for me to use one of my current e-mails to create a new password, the account was registered under the same Ip that i am currently using. If however, this is not possible then I would appreciate if an Administrator could "clear my record" so to speak, because I have no blackmarks and I was never banned, but if I can't access my account then I would like to register and create a new one (as you only allow one account per ip). This appeal is long overdue, but I have recently started playing Runescape again, and with the release of Free-trade and the wilderness I would love to become an active member of the community again.

Sidenote: A couple of days ago I posted my story in the Ban section which I then realized was a mistake because I have never been banned. However, I never got any sort of feedback so I would greatly appreciate if an Administrator or Moderator took the time to read this and help me out.

 

The IP's do match. However, you need to provide the email address you'd like the new password sent to.
