WoeDae blackhat and scammer

so, this guy msgs me on skype he was selling me 11m for $5. Anyway, he was telling me i can pay through paypal. Then he gives me a link and says i got to pay through that link (which my virus protection flagged) when i asked him about it he said i must use that link and cant use paypal.... so renigged.
