Objective of the project

The goal of the project is to create a crypto exchange market in the social network Vkontakte and a trading platform combined with a crypto currency wallet for several crypto currencies, where various crypto assets and title signs of the leading exchange assets (oil, gas, gold, shares of the largest companies) will be available for trading – analogue forex, game and exchange services on the blockchain. In the system it is planned to envisage the possibilities of sports betting on the blockchain, where they will be able to play sports betting.

Hmm a "Pre-ICO" with a subpar idea and no team on site. Also its Eastern European (Russian) . Best part is this whole post talks about how to send money to you but it doesn't even link to the actual project to let people know what they would be investing in. So I went out of my way to find it and it wasn't worth the trouble. There are so many redlfags main one being the website is setup as an organisation (bitcoin-sport.ORG) I am confused as to why an ICO company is set up as an organization. That's just the tip of the ice berg.

Not sure why Litecoin is in the discussion but, Litecoin is legit, and was well known with a good offering. They didn't need to publish a white paper because they had their own blockchain (protocol) and the only difference was faster speed of transactions. Which at the time of conception was revolutionary compared to bitcoin who dominated the market. This on the other hand is not a protocol but rather a token so when you are running a ico for a niche you need a white paper describing how your token is used and how your use of the blockchain you launched it of of is unique to the industry your ICO caters to.
