Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!):

This user is selling a high profile account 123 CB Main For sale! [1.9k total] [75 days mem] [Kraken pet] he doesn't have anyone tied to his IP. But looking into his posts, there are several cases where people claim he "tried to scam" and came across as "sketchy" (118 Main, Nice Untradeables and Tent! & Selling World 45 Main CB LVL 117).

The second link shows this Screenshot where as soon as a Middleman is mentioned he deletes them off Skype.

Every post he seems to make just refers people to his Skype, I can't look further into his account because the search function is unavailable.

 

I'm going to apply a TWC on his account. https://www.sythe.org/posts/24691628/ <- suspicious trading activity there as well.

Not enough to warrant a ban though. Keep an eye out.
