Barrister Possible TWC?

As you can see, he claims that his current offer is 600m. But yet, at the same time (no edit) he says he is willing to sell the account for 550m. Why would he be willing to sell his account for 50m less then a offer of 600m that he claims on his thread he has?

He could short sell the account for 400M if he wanted.

He appears to be in a rush to sell it, so someone might get a great deal, but I think everyone should proceed with caution when purchasing an account of any type regardless.
