Testicular torsion

Anyone that has ever experienced this problem? Got it yesterday in the middle of the night while watching a movie and I've never felt so much pain before, rushed to the hospital got a surgery about 1,5 hours later everything went well, was lucky I reacted so quickly because after 4-6 hours you have a big chance of losing one of your testicles, recovering at home now. Just posting this to give you guys a heads up if you ever feel a sudden pain in one of your testicles and are not sure about going to the hospital.

I never had this before, but I had testicle pains randomly a couple of times and it made me paranoid to think I had this happen too me. It's embarrassing to speak about, but it happens to a ton of people. Glad you've gotten the situation under the control ahead of time man as it's very serious if not handled immediately. One of my friends had this happen to him, but got it under control pretty quickly. He told me surgery wasn't bad either you didn't feel a thing, so if this happens to you (not you specifically, but anyone watching this) please take action quickly rather than wait it out. Better to be safe, then sorry. Nice to see you open up about this, and inform others, and I'm glad you took care of it before it became serious.

 

The surgery wasn't bad at all, only took them about 20 minutes. The pain before the surgery was so much worse.

 

never heard of this myself, but glad you mentioned and glad the surgery went well, a good thing to know for sure, if this happened to me i'd of tried to just sleep it off.
