    Basically, in the picture, it shows that he has 99hp, 95 pray, 1 summoning.
    In a post in his thread, he states that he has NOT done the quest "Wolf Whistle", but because he hasn't done the quest, the summoning icon shouldn't be there.

    Basically, he's on a private server, looking to scam.
