World of Warcraft Discussion Thread

What class do you all play? Play WoW at all? I went ahead and turned this into a WoW discussion thread so go ahead and discuss anything!

I for one play a Paladin. Some may say I pick it just because they are Overpowered, but this is far from true. I've been playing Paladins before TBC came out, when they were downright horrible. I just really like the idea of a melee class that can heal and whatnot.

 

Ive been taking a break from wow for a while now. I only have a 85 Pala as my old account was hacked (lost all cd keys e.t.c.).

Im the same as you as ive played pala's in vanilla wow. I just love the fact of how they can heal, dps and tank all in one character. I also love rogues for the sheer fact of how much dps they can do if spec'd and geared right.

 

Have a ret pally main with holy os, first class and favourite. Also an 85 ele sham, haven't played him much since I hit 85 though, since guild wants me to raid on the pally. We finally downed nef last night >.<

 

In every game RGP since i could remember i was always either a range/theif class, so i have a dwarf rouge. It was a toss up between rouge , mage and hunter but i thought the whole stealth shit would be pimp.

 

I personally play a gnome warlock I leveled one from 1 to level 30 in like half a day. Reason I choose them you have a tank aka voidwalker or felguard( if demonology spec) and you just dot them up and watch them drop like flies trust me when I say that you will fly thru the levels and since it's a cloth class you can sell off almost everything you loot which means more money.

 

Tauren Pally and Tauren Druid, reason being- I like the extra Stamina boost you get, I tank on both toons and it gives me about 8-11k more health then when I had both my toons on alliance a couple months ago.

 

Hehe I like the amount of Paladins .

As for the Warlock and Rogue, those are also very fun classes to play in both PvE and PvP.

 

I Might give hunter or warlock a try, they seem like noob friendly classes, rouge IMO is not I think I bit off more then I can chew

 

At lower levels if you spec subtlety it really is cake. In lower level battle grounds (Up to like level 50) you can practically one shot people, and if your ambush doesn't do it, one or two hemmorages will.

Also for Warlocks and Hunters, they aren't noob friendly so to speak, but they are very easy to level with because of the pet.

 

You forget that mages can use a water elemental when frost specced which can be very versatile as well.

 

Haha you're right, I've forgotten so much. I took a very LONG break about halfway through ICC and still am not into the groove 100% with all of the new changes from Cata.

 

I play a Warlock, have been for awhile. I love the playstyle and they aren't to hard to play either.

 

I play a human paladin. I chose this race and class because I have a paladin for when I 2nd edition Dungeons and Dragons (pen/paper and dice). I haven't played WoW in a while I have no idea what level he is. I wish I had more time/money to play that game.

 

The Tauren racial is only a 5% increase to your BASE health, for an 85 Tauren that's around 2.2k health, which is a complete joke.

Anyways, I play my Druid as my main because instant flight form is the Best. Thing. Ever.

 

I play Warlock. The levelling is easy ,and the PvP is awesome. I usually play it on a gnome due to inc. intellect.

 

I agree. Back in the day when I'd chase a Druid out of WG we would be flying down a mountain (Being a Pally I am I go like 30% faster then him) and then he would shift out, drop insanely fast then pop back in before he hit the ground. I was jealous.

 

Been a priest mainly since vanilla.
Have a pally, druid and shammie and love healing, out of all 4 priest has alwas been my fav.

Respec every second raid so im always going between disc and holy.
have shadow as OS

 

my first class was a warlock. very easy to play, easy spell rotations, hardly have to CC and casters have less moving around to worry about in raids.

but i play a shaman and pally. Instand ghost wolf is mad, and i love the shocks and healing.

pallys- good for multi-tasking, dont have to make a new toon just because i feel like healing or tanking

Priest and warrior always seemed dull to me, however i would really like to start a priest on horde.

 

Warlock, faceroll dots and cc

Priest, the most versatile caster in the game. Can be the best raid healer (Holy), can be the best tank healer (Discipline), and can be one of the best DPS classes (Shadow).

Death Knight, an evil Gnome?

 

I never knew what class I had to play but when I made a Shammy and leveled it to 80 I knew it was my class. To bad I don't play anymore, just can't be arsed.
