    Basically, I'm just tired of people making excuses when I MM for them.... "I g2g etc"
    He said he didn't have enough money on paypal, after he was added, Screen shots are below.
    I PMED HIM FOR A PAYPAL SCREENSHOT BEFORE I MADE THIS REPORT, HE REPLY WITH THIS.

    The 3 way chat screenshots only showed 2 people because he left after i asked for screenshot of paypal.

    If any admin can PM him for a screenshot of his paypal, it would be pretty helpful :).

    Ehh seems like he was just confused about what was in his PayPal and as long as no one was scammed, it's fine. It doesn't seem too suspicious and if you really have troubles with this, add me on MSN and we'll look at the proof again but to me it looks like a misunderstanding.
